"I chose to add the order protection service for the new ROTL-600 system just in case there was any damage during shipment or delivery. The package arrived in good condition and the unit was well protected in the shipping box. It was easy to install the system and it provides great filtered water."

We have an in line whole house sediment filter installed on the main water line before it reaches any brances - like to the water heatere, water treatment system, the RO unit, refridgerator water filter, etc. THOSE filters get changed every 3 - 4 months!"

"In an effort of being proactive with removing micro-plastics from my families inadvertent consumption with plastic water bottles and dispensers, I spent several days researching online from several review sites before deciding on the Apec RO-PH90 6-stage, re-mineralization system. The installation was straightforward (just make sure you seat the water lines all the way or they will pop-off and leak). I removed my dishwasher air gap on the sink top and utilized a code approved high-loop. That allowed me to use the existing sink hole for Apec’s quality faucet provided with the system. My family of (4) has been using the R. O. system for over a month now and couldn't be happier with the convenience of great tasting water. The remineralization stage really does make the best tasting water I’ve experienced. This is a highly recommend product."
