"This company might have a good heart, but a real dis-connect in the world of communication with its clients. It always responses with an apology, but disregards the problem. and their solution to the problem is to throw product parts at you. Returning something to them is always an issue and you need to pay the postage. My suggestion is that if you are going to order anything from them, do it through Amazon. Returns then become a non issue."
